Positioning
SwaKnee is a non-invasive, low-frequency PEMF device intended as an adjunct in the conservative management of knee osteoarthritis. It is designed to be used alongside established care pathways — exercise therapy, physiotherapy and clinical management — rather than as a standalone treatment.
The platform comprises a wearable applicator with embedded coils and a PEMF generator, with a screen-equipped variant offering adjustable sessions and monitoring features.

What the clinical study showed
Controlled comparison
Assessed with the Department of PMR, AIIMS Bhubaneswar — a device group (n=40) vs a comparison group (n=42) over 45 days, across VAS pain, range of motion, KOOS and quality of life. The device group improved more, on average, on every measure.
Fits existing pathways
SwaKnee is designed as a drug-free, non-invasive adjunct that sits alongside exercise therapy, physiotherapy and clinical management — not as a standalone replacement for them.
